Tool Steel (Chrome-Vanadium) Rotary Burrs
Chrome-Vanadium (CV) rotary burrs, article 26, are made starting from a bar of Chrome-Vanadium steel, through subsequent working operations of turning, grinding and sharpening. The toothing, provided with chip breaker, guarantees the best performance on very different materials: mild steel, tough light alloys, hard plastics, wood. To work such materials, Chrome-Vanadium rotary burrs represent an excellent choice from a quality/price rate point of view. If the recommended cutting speed is respected, they last very long.
Stella Bianca Chrome-Vanadium rotary burrs are available also in TiN and TiAlN version.
TiN rotary burrs are Titanium Nitride coated, in order to improve their hardness and wear endurance. For this reason, they are especially suitable to work steel and cast iron. TiAlN rotary burrs, instead, are Titanium and Aluminium Nitride coated, in order to give them anti-friction characteristics and to avoid clogging of the toothing. As a consequence, they are the best choice to work glazing non-ferrous metals.
Stella Bianca Chrome-Vanadium rotary burrs are available in many plays of shape, head diameter, shank length: for this reason, you will always be able to find, among the models we offer, the tool best suitable to your needs. Please check the page dedicated to them, in order to gain further information and to read our recommendations about cutting speed and ways of use. Many assortments are available too, supplied in handy tool holders.
